How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking info.
My package was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it.
Sometimes packages show up a few days after being delivered. Please give it a few more days and if it doesn't show up, email us at hello@pippinhollow.com so we can help.
How do orders ship?
We ship all packages through USPS
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not yet, but hope to in the near future
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal and Venmo.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us at hello@pippinhollow.com with a photo of the damage and we will work with you to find a resolution.
What is your return policy?
We always hope you are satisfied, but if for any reason you need to return your order, send it back to us in new/unused condition within 14 days stating the reason for the return. A refund will be issued upon return of the product and upon inspection for meeting return conditions. All shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
